My tea olive looks sick.
I put this tree in about ten years ago but it is only about three feet high. There are hardly any leaves and only a few flowers.
I purchased the tea olive because of the fragrant white flowers. I know it will only grow six to twelve inches a year but it has been ten years. I do prune it a little every year to make it have more foliage.
Now it has a gray fuzz growing on the bark. If anyone knows if this will cause damage to my tree please let me know how to save it.
