Tropical Storm Isaac avoids Panama City, Florida

I went to visit Oaks by the Bay in St. Andrews, Florida.  This is a wonderful park.

Bay county had been on a tropical storm warning.

 As I walked down the boardwalk I did see a small amount of trash and the water was a little high.
