I called the Humane Society and told them my problem about the cat's and they referred me to Animal Control. Animal Control said I could come down and rent a cage for $25.00 a day and I was responsible for bringing the cats in and would need to pay to drop them off. This is crazy unless I misunderstood the part about paying to drop the cat's off. If that is the case is should be legal to kill the cat's if they are on your property and causing problems.
My next step will be to call the health department to see what they can do. This is a health problem, with them using my yard for a litter box.
