2 small potatoes
1 onion of your choice
2 bell peppers
2 banana peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup cheese
In Iron skillet place one onion and two jalapeno peppers
with two tablespoons of olive oil and cook until tender,
add potato's, bell pepper and banana peppers.
When all is tender place on plate and top with cheese.
Place your Pepper Potato's in a dish and take to the park for a day out.
