Mom Diann's Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Mom Diann's Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe
Serves 4 to 6

2 1/2 Lb Sweet Potato's
1/4 Cup granulated sugar
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup butter "Soft" 
1/8 Cup milk or cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 Cup pecans
1 Cup Miniature Marshmallows " optional"

1.     Preheat oven to 400 bake potatoes 1/2 to 1 hour until tender.
2.     Reduce temp to 350
3.     Beat potatoes and add all other ingredients except marshmallows
4.     Put in 5x7 greased baking dish
5.     Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Remove from oven and top with marshmallows.  
        Bake about 10 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
6.     Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
