Stir Fry BokChoy Recipe
Ingrindents:
2 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs say sauce
2 tbs brown sugar
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp flax seeds
1/8 tsp chia seeds
1 large white onion thinly sliced
6 cloves of garlic sliced
1 large head of bok choy chopped with the stem seperated.

1. Saute onion, and stems in coconut oil and soy sauce until tender yet crunchy/
2. Add brown sugar, garlic and red pepper flakes along with bok choy leaves stir in until leaves are tender.
3. Add flax and chia seeds and fluff.
4 Serve over brown rice of quinoa, poring any liquid over top of prepared dish.
