Bad High Cholesterol
For the last three years I have had a fight with my, Bad Cholesterol. My doctor put me on Simvastatin but I had a problem with it. My worst side effect was muscle pain.
I know that my risk factors are stroke and heart attack. Our family has a long history of both heart attack and stroke.
I work at eating healthy and walking but that is not enough.
I am also on propranolol for blood pressure.
I admit I am about fifty pounds overweight.
If anyone is able to give me good advice on how to deal with this I'm open for suggestions.
