During the Christmas holiday my family and I walked along Panama City Beach. When we went back to the condo outside shower to wash our feet, this was on our feet.
It did 
not was off easily and it left a red stain on our feet after is was scrubbed off.
not was off easily and it left a red stain on our feet after is was scrubbed off.When we got into the elevator going back to our condo another woman was on her cell phone calling someone to come look because there was oil on the beach. 
This vehicle later showed up on the beach and it looked like they took a sample. Does anyone out there know if this truck is looking for pollutants?
