Design your own shopping bag from old scrap fabric.
Starting with an old grocery bag that had been repaired several times, we added some reinforcement along the seams.
Our next step was to continue to add scrap fabric until the bag was covered.
This is a fun project to do with your children. They will have fun picking through the scraps and making a picture for you to sew together.
