Cheap Healthy Dinner for One

I am both working on a budget and ready to get back to healthy eating.  I know this meal wasn't the healthiest but it was good and feeling.

For a person that works fifty to sixty hours a week it is easier to purchase fully cooked, breaded chicken to start this meal.  I add one potato that I boiled and added powdered milk and butter so it could be whipped.
A bag of gravy mix that only required adding cool water then heating until it was thick.  To top this meal off I pulled some frozen vegetable's out of the freezer and heated them in the microwave.

OK! Tomorrow I may start to eat healthy.  This was a satisfying meal when you are to tired to cook.
